Side effects

Amoxicillin can cause such side effects as diarrhoea, nausea or nausea (sometimes vomiting), and heartburn. These signs occur because medications can eliminate not only pathogenic parasites but also beneficial parasites, thereby interfering with the natural bacterial balance in the body system. Based on the intensity of signs and harshness of the illness in such situations, the amount may be reduced or the medication changed.

Rare part effects

In some situations (usually with extended use of the drug), Amoxicillin can induce yeast infection (fungal infection) of the mouth, digestive system or vaginal canal. Empyesis, dermatitis, and medication warm are unusual. Some other unusual side effects consist of excessive excitement, sleeplessness and complications.

There were reports of separated situations where the medication triggered changes in the hematopoietic program (anemia, loss of white blood vessels tissues and platelets, affected blood vessels clotting). All these changes were undoable and vanished when the medication was removed.

Serious part effects

Generally, side effects on the digestive program are light or average. However, there were separated situations of long-term severe diarrhoea. Serious but very unusual side effects consist of liver disease, cholestatic jaundice and nephritis.

Patients receiving great dosage of the medication or suffering from kidney failing may develop convulsions.

Allergic reactions

People with sensitivity to Amoxicillin may experience allergies due to the use of Amoxicillin: allergy, inflammation of the epidermis (erythema), rhinitis, conjunctivitis, rapid improve in temperature, a rise in the variety of eosinophils in the blood vessels, angioedema, and hypersensitive (anaphylactic) shock. If the use of Amoxicillin causes any sensitivity, therapy with the medication should be ceased instantly. Because of the great likelihood of developing allergies, this medication is also not recommended in case the affected person does not accept penicillin.

Changes in clinical tests

There is the possibility of anemia (a loss of red blood vessels cells), changes in blood vessels neutrophils and leukocytes, thrombocytopenic purpura (decreased variety of platelets in the blood), and as a result, frequent subcutaneous lose blood.

Side results during maternity and breastfeeding

Clinical research no part results on baby development in the use of Amoxicillin during maternity. However, the medication should be taken with caution. The doctor should be instantly informed at the incident of any change in the condition of the body system. The medication can be applied during nursing.
